As announced on Saturday,Verzuz is coming back in November for Season 2. And that’s not all, the season premiere will feature Atlanta rappers, T.I. vs Jeezy, and they’re sure to bring all the smoke.

On Wednesday, Verzuz co-founder Timbaland tweeted that season two would be “Going to another level. @verzuzonline line up coming soon !!!! @THEREALSWIZZZ let’s gooo.”

On the agenda was to discuss Verzuz, the “very important” show he and co-creator Swizz Beatz, devolved over the pandemic. As well as honor Aaliyah who tragically passed 19 years ago.

This weekend instead of a battle, Gospel singers Kirk Franklin and Fred Hammond took us to church for a special gospel edition of ‘Verzuz’ and much-needed “moment of healing.”

This Memorial Day the second battle of the weekend went down between R&B groups 112 and Jagged Edge. With it came some silky throwback, celeb comments and a little bit of drama.

The next ‘Verzuz’ battle has been confirmed. The match-up between 112 and Jagged Edge is set for Monday at 8pm EST, over Memorial Day Weekend.

It’s been settled, the next Verzuz battle is going down this Saturday against Beenie Man and Bounty Killer. The announcement was made yesterday on the competition’s official Instagram page.

Swizz Beatz hopped on Instagram Live with co-founder Timbaland to talk the epic Verzuz battle from that evening. Swizz was later joined by Snoop Dogg, Usher, Busta Rhymes and LL Cool J to talk about battles of their own.
