Lori Harvey Pleads Not Guilty

Earlier this month Steve Harvey's stepdaughter Lori Harveywas formally charged for causing a hit and run accident in Beverly Hills back in October after flipping her G-Wagon and fleeing the scene.

According to reports Lori Harvey was not present when her legal team submitted a not guilty plea on her behalf in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

A pre-trial hearing has been set for Feb. 28.

Lori is charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage
