Troubled R&B singer Kevin McCall was due in Fulton County family court yesterday for a child custody hearing with his ex-girlfriend, reality star Eva Marcille, but instead he got into a fight with a deputy sheriff and ended up in jail...

It all started when Kevin began live streaming from the courthouse telling his 5-year-old daughter Marley he was coming for her. Later you hear a deputy sheriff telling Kevin he's not allowed to record inside the courthouse and things go left from there.

#Repost @teawitjenn As y’all can see, #KevinMcCall, was on live while in the #FultonCounty courthouse where he was suppose to be having a hearing concerning the custody of his daughter, Marley, with #EvaMarcille. Shortly after Kevin told the guard to take off his badge and fight backup arrived, detained Kevin, and he then got loose. Cops then tried to detain Kevin again and that’s when Kevin and the cop fell down the escalator --. Kevin was booked for obstruction of law enforcement, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, simple assault, and criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree. ——————————————————What’s even more alarming is the grown females in the comments when it’s been well documented that Kevin cannot keep his hands to himself and when it comes to males or females.---- Whew Chillay he needs to be committed to a mental health facility, quickly. #passionteainfo
