M&M’s rolls out haunted castle cookie kit just in time for Halloween

Who says gingerbread houses get to have all the holiday fun?

M&M’s is getting into the Halloween spirit with a spooky new chocolate cookie kit that lets you make a haunted castle decorated with, what else, M&M’s.

The kit comes with pre-baked chocolate cookies, piping bags, and icing that you can use to build the castle. Don’t worry, it comes with base clips to make sure your ghoulish creation doesn’t topple over!

You’ll also find orange and purple powders in the kit that you can mix with the icing to decorate the castle. The kit comes with M&M’s and paper decorations that you can stick to the castle, as well as inserts for different rooms.

The kit is available for purchase for $11.98 at Walmart. If you’re interested in taking a bite out of your creation, be aware that while each portion is only 120 calories, the entire kit clocks in at 24 servings, or a whopping 2,880 calories.

Last month the candy giant announced that it would be releasing a new mix flavor of candy that combines three flavors in each bag. The Classic Mix bag has Milk Chocolate, Milk Chocolate Peanut, and Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter flavors. The other choice is the Peanut Mix, which contains Milk Chocolate Peanut, White Chocolate Peanut, and Dark Chocolate Peanut.

Oreo has also gotten into the Halloween spirit with a spooky graveyard chocolate cookie kit that comes with icing, cookie pieces, tombstone pieces, and candy assortments in purple and orange colors to build your very own sweet graveyard.

The kit is available for $19.99 at Michaels, though it is only available for in-store purchase, just like Target’s graveyard chocolate cookie kit, available in stores for $9.99.
